Mr. Noecker is a founding member of the law firm of BERNIGER, BERG, DIVER, NOECKER & WOOD-ELLIS, LLC, a law firm whose members have provided legal services to the Colorado Springs community for over twenty years. Mr. Noecker is a Wyoming native who practiced law in Wyoming for eleven years before coming to Colorado Springs.

Mr. Noecker is a tax attorney whose practice emphasis estate planning and trust work. His estate planning expertise includes a Masters in Taxation and over twenty years of experience. Estate planning requires highly personal counseling and an atmosphere of trust and confidentiality.

Mr. Noecker’s approach to estate planning is a "global" approach, integrating both the personal aspects with the business needs of the client. Close coordination with the client's professional advisers is key to a successful estate plan and necessary to incorporate flexibility and adaptation to a client's ever changing needs. Mr. Noecker works with the individuals, their accountants, financial planners, investment advisors and insurance representatives to design estate planning documents which meet the individual's goals while minimizing estate and gift taxes and reducing or eliminating later probate costs. Revocable living trust will be recommended where appropriate.

In addition, where appropriate, an analysis is made of the clients needs for disability planning, including durable powers of attorney, health care directives, living wills and anatomical gifting. Mr. Noecker also counsels senior citizens or their families regarding long-term care alternatives, including public assistance programs such as Medicaid, guardianships and conservatorships.

Mr. Noecker was born in Gillette, Wyoming on July 12, 1952; admitted to bar, 1977 in Wyoming; 1988 in Colorado. Education: University of Wyoming (B.A., 1974; J.D., 1977); University of Denver (LL.M. Taxation 1996). He is admitted to practice law in Wyoming and Colorado and before the State and Federal District and Appellate Courts of those states and to practice before the United States Tax Court and the United States Supreme Court. Mr. Noecker is a member of the Probate Section of the El Paso County Bar Association, Taxation Section of the Colorado Bar Association, and the Colorado Springs Estate Planning Council. His areas of concentration are Taxation of Entities and Complex Estate Planning and Trusts.

Mr. Phillips brings a rich and diverse business and practical business background to the practice of Law. He received his undergraduate degree from Louisiana State University and his Juris Doctor from the University of Denver School of Law where he served on the Law Review. Admitted to practice in 1982, he has handled a variety of types of law, but has found Estate Planning to be the area in which he wishes to specialize.

As Director of Sales and Marketing for the National Network of Estate Planning Attorneys, Mr. Phillips taught mature lawyers from coast to coast how to develop a client-centered estate planning practice. This involved teaching the technical legal side as well as thorough understanding of clients and their motivations. He taught interviewing and motivational skills as well as the fundamental business techniques required for practice development.

Mr. Phillips has had a strong business background in both domestic and international business. He has worked in large corporate environments as well as small entrepreneurial ventures. He has had strong experience in both high-tech and consumer products.

In the late 70's and early 80's he worked for Storage Technology Corp., as program manger, business and strategic planning, and international marketing. He later founded and built an import company specializing in quality consumer goods with both retail and wholesale sales. Subsequently, he practiced law and operated in a variety of consulting positions specializing in sales and marketing.

Mr. Phillips is a member of the Colorado Bar Association, the Arapahoe County Bar, the Will and Probate Section of the Colorado Bar, and the National Association of Elder Law Attorneys. Mr. Phillips limits his practice to Estate Planning, Estate and Trust Administration and related matters.

Gordon graduated from the University of Illinois receiving a BS degree and received a JD and a Masters of Law in Taxation from the University of Denver College of Law. Gordon is a lawyer who was a career Judge Advocate Officer in the United States Air Force. His duty assignments included five years as a faculty member at the United States Air Force Academy and three years as Chief, Legal and Agreements Section, Joint United States Military Mission for Aid to Turkey, where responsibilities included negotiating a series of international agreements with the government of Turkey. For approximately ten years, Gordon has functioned as an adjunct professor of law in the graduate tax program, University of Denver. He teaches courses in estate and gift taxation and estate planning. Gordon has been in private practice for twenty years. His area of practice focuses on individual estate planning primarily dealing with individuals who had taxable estates. In addition, he has counseled in the area of qualified retirement plans for small businesses, distributions from qualified plans and IRAs, formation of entities for business purposes to include corporations, limited liability companies and limited partnerships. He has worked in the area of planned giving for charitable institutions advising on and establishing charitable remainder trusts and charitable lead trusts.

Gordon in conjunction with his associate, John Phillips, has lectured extensively in the area of estate planning. He has lectured to CPAs and life insurance professionals for credit, to financial planners, and to the general public. The programs have consistently received very high marks from attendees. Gordon is licensed to practice in the states of Colorado, Alaska and Nevada.

Stewart W. Fleisher is a nationally known estate planning attorney.

He was a founding member of the American Academy of Estate Planning Attorneys, and he earned his law degree from the university of Denver and holds an MBA degree from the Harvard Business School.

He was admitted to the practice of law in 1978 and has resided in Colorado for almost thirty years.

Robert H. McCrary is the principal in the Estate Planning law firm of McCrary Law Offices which firm has offices in Fort Collins, Casper, and Cheyenne.

Mr. McCrary has been practicing in the field of estate planning for over thirty-two years, and is a third generation estate planner. His father was a long-time Estate Attorney, Everett McCrary and his grandfather was R.H. Nichols, of Nichols & Stirrett, of Casper. Prior to forming his own firm, he was a partner in the firm Schwartz, Bon, McCrary & Walker and he specialized in estate law and education law. He earned his B.A. in Political Science from the University of Colorado with distinction, is a Phi Beta Kappa, and has his Juris Doctor degree from the University of Wyoming, College of Law, where he served on the Law Review Staff.

Mr. McCrary has also had a distinguished military career and remains devoted to his country. He earned two Bronze Starts for his service during the Vietnam War, is admitted to the bar of the United States Court of Military Appeals, and served in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps, in the U.S. Army. Mr. McCrary was honored with the Wyoming National Guard Certificate of Appreciation for providing free estate planning services to National Guard Members during Operation Desert Shield/Desert Storm.

Robert lives and practices in all Northern Colorado and Wyoming communities with his wife Judy, who has her Paralegal Degree. They enjoy hunting, livestock raising, gardening, and their grandchildren.
